The price you are quoted per month / week is the price you pay – there are NO hidden extras.
What Is The Minimum Stay?
Minim stay is 3 months and from then on you just need to give us one month’s notice.
Do Your Rooms Meet Health & Safety Standards?
Our rooms exceed the standards set down by the government for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). You can find out more at the Direct.gov website.
Do You Do Any Credit Checks?
We do ask for references (which we do check on) but not credit agency checks.
